Rush, LLC (“Rush Resources,” “we,” “us”) provides industrial project services and employs and places skilled workers on client projects. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (rushllc.com), our recruiting and onboarding communications (including text messages), and information you provide when applying for or performing work with Rush Resources. It is consistent with our actual business practices and with applicable privacy laws.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
• Employment and application information, such as your resume, work history, trade, certifications, licenses, and availability.
• Communications with us, including text messages, emails, and call records related to recruiting, onboarding, and employment.

We collect this information directly from you when you apply for a position, are referred to us, work on a Rush Resources assignment, or contact us. We do not buy contact lists.

• To contact you about employment opportunities, including by text message where you have provided your phone number for that purpose.
• To manage recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and employment administration, including required screenings, training, and site compliance.
• To meet legal, safety, and contractual obligations.
• To operate and improve our website and services.

Text messaging

If you provide your phone number when applying for or inquiring about employment with Rush Resources, we may send you text messages about job opportunities, document requests, scheduling, offers, and onboarding. By providing your mobile number, you permit Rush Resources to send you text messages related to employment. If at any time you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, and we will stop sending messages to your number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who perform services on our behalf (for example, communications, screening, e-signature, and software providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us.
• Our clients, where required to place or onboard you on a client project (for example, site access and compliance requirements).
• Authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect safety and legal rights.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent specific to Rush Resources

When you provide your phone number to Rush Resources, your consent to receive text messages applies only to communications from Rush Resources. We do not obtain consent on behalf of, or share opt-in consent with, any other company.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; opt-out requests are honored promptly and within any timeframe required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and employment record-keeping requirements, by contacting us at the details below.

Data retention and security
