Program description

Rush, LLC operates the Rush Resources Employment Messaging Program to communicate with job candidates and workers by text message. Messages may include job opportunity notifications, availability checks, requests for documents and certifications, scheduling for screenings, training, and orientation, offer notifications, and onboarding instructions.

Consent

By providing your phone number to Rush Resources when applying for employment, being referred for a position, or working on a Rush Resources assignment, you consent to receive text messages from Rush Resources related to employment. Your consent applies only to messages from Rush Resources and is not shared with any other company. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your recruiting and on-boarding activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Rush Resources does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL. To rejoin, reply START or provide your number to us again.

Carriers

Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
